1. Shipping Service:

• We exclusively use the "Tracked 48" service by Royal Mail for all orders. According to Royal Mail's page, this service includes:

  • Tracked to delivery point

  • Photo on delivery

  • SMS or email notifications to recipients*

  • Aims to deliver in two to three working days

2. Delays and Stolen Orders:

• We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders, as we cannot control the shipping process.

• For the case of a missing order, the customer will need to contact Royal Mail to follow up and track their parcel.

• Please keep track of your parcel after receiving the tracking number from our email.
